- How old do I need to be to shop at Vitalita?
To order at VitalitaCBD.com, you must of legal age as defined by your province or territory (18/19).
- How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the account/login page. On the login form, click the link that says “Lost your password?”

- I can’t find the product I am looking for on the website.
If you are looking for a product that you cannot see listed, please contact us at hello@vitalitacbd.com
- How should I store my products?
Always refer to the product label first for any special storage conditions. Cool, dry conditions are best; and refrigeration can extend product life. Hot and/or humid conditions, such as those found in bathrooms and kitchens, may shorten product life.
Ordering
- When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving payment but may take up to 2 business days.
- Does Vitalita accept returns?
All orders from Vitalita are final sale. If you have an issue or concern with your order, please contact us.
Payment
- What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, payments are only accepted through Interac E-Transfer. We are working to make other payment options accessible to you.
- How do I pay for my order?
Please see your banking provider for details on how to use Interac E-Transfer with your account.
- All payments are to be sent by Interac e-transfer to PayZV@protonmail.com
- Include your order number in the comments section of your e-transfer.
- Set the Interac e-transfer password as the password assigned in your order confirmation email.
Your order will not be shipped until we have received/deposited your payment.
Shipping
- What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping to British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan is $15. Shipping to everywhere else in Canada is $25.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post and take 2-3 business days to arrive.
- Can I track my order?
Yes. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, which is usually emailed after the order is processed. You can also find your tracking number in the order details on your account page.
